Dear Prospective Home Buyers,

Jon and Jill from Knight Custom Homes made our dream of building a home come true. With our two little ones we had out grown our town home in Durham and Creedmoor seemed inviting and more affordable. When we started our search and drove through Golden Pond we admired all the trees, the landscaping and how well the people kept their homes. We saw individuals of all ages out and about. We had a warm and safe feeling about the neighborhood.

We then walked through a model and were happily surprised with what we saw in a price range we could afford. We wanted to meet with Jon and he was straight forward about what he could do for us. We appreciated how up front and to the point Jon was. He and Jill walked us through the whole process of building a home on paper to reality.

Jon allowed us the ability to make our home the right fit for us and our family life. He and Jill followed through with each inquiry we had before and after the sale. It was amazing that Jill would call me sometimes just to check in and make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We felt "tucked in".

We don't regret any of the changes or additions we made. We especially are happy with the addition of our screened in porch. It is definitely our favorite room in the house and in North Carolina we can enjoy it almost all year round.

Not only do we love our home but the playground is such a fun place to meet new friends and we also are creating family memories "fishing" in one of the beautiful ponds. The ponds are stocked but so far our little ones have just caught seaweed which is fine with me.

The city of Creedmoor and Golden Pond neighborhood has been the right choice for us and maybe it is for you too!

This letter is to acknowledge the professionalism of the Staff and the quality of our small custom home at "Golden Pond" built by "Knight Custom Homes, Inc."

In February, living in an apartment complex, my wife viewed the Raleigh real estate television channel and her attention was drawn to a development area. "Golden Pond", in which we may possibly be interested based on its location and our current economic status. In March 2004, after having driven and view the entire area and different properties available for sale at "Golden Pond", my wife Geri and myself were impressed with the unkempt surroundings and serene environment. First contact with Jon Zbonack and Jill was pleasant, courteous, and rewarding. We were placed completely at ease with no pressure to "buy". Personal contact with several owners for their unsolicited comments added further to our aspiration to become part of this community by their positive remarks.

Our new house closing was May 5, 2004, and we were committed to leave the area at the end of May for approximately three months. The staff was alerted and offered to keep an eye on the property and be of assistance when necessary while we were absent and notify us of any resulting problem -- which in fact did occur. A problem with the HVAC unit developed Jon took the matter in hand, and notified us in Pennsylvania with the resolution. Upon return, all was well and we began to settle into our "castle" -- finally.

All contact with the staff and sub-contractors has been professional and personable, with response to punch list items and minor discrepancies being completed in more than an acceptable time frame. Additionally, the quality of the structure and overall workmanship is considered exceptional.

Although having been at "Golden Pond" just a short period of time we are content. We are meeting our neighbors and continually making new friends throughout this community.

Overall, it is a pleasure to be at "Golden Pond" during our "Golden Years".
