Jon Zbonack, contractor and President,
founded Knight Custom Homes, Inc. in 1994. The company's number
one goal since its inception, has been to build quality homes

early years, Jon began building homes on a part-time basis, working
on site as a framer and roofer while maintaining a full time
career
as a Field Engineer for a major U.S. corporation.

craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Knight Custom Homes,
Inc. has grown to an annual revenue of over $5 million, building
over 200 homes to date.
